General Manager (Accreditation); Pay Matrix Level- 12
Ph.D. with 50% marks or equivalent CGPA in Master’s degree in Engineering/ Technology/ MBA/ PGDM/ Pharmacy/ Architecture from a recognized University/ Institution or equivalent. Candidates should have minimum ten years relevant experience.
Manager/Senior Software Developer; Pay Matrix Level- 11
Candidates must possess MCA/ B.Tech./B.E (Computer Science/ Information Technology) with minimum 50% marks or equivalent CGPA from a recognized University/Institution. Candidates should have 10+ years hands of experience on web based and windows application development.
Deputy Manager/ Software Developer; Pay Matrix Level- 10
Candidates must possess MCA/ B.Tech./B.E (Computer Science/ Information Technology) with minimum 50% marks or equivalent CGPA from a recognized University/Institution. Candidates should have 6+ years hands of experience on web based and windows application development.
Deputy Manager (Administration); Pay Matrix Level- 10
Candidates must possess Masters’ degree from a recognized university with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA. Candidates should have six years experience of Office Management, Establishment, General Administration, Accounts and Stores Management.
Deputy Manager (Accounts); Pay Matrix Level- 10
Candidates must possess Masters’ degree in Commerce/ Mathematics/ Economics/ Management etc. with minimum 50% marks or equivalent CGPA from a recognized university. Candidates should have minimum six years relevant experience. Candidates possess C.A./ ICWA/ MBA (Finance) with Ph.D. and having experience in dealing with Finance and Accounts will be preferred.
Deputy Manager (International Co-operation); Pay Matrix Level- 10
Candidates must possess Masters’ degree in Engineering/ Technology/ MBA/ PGDM/ Pharmacy/ Architecture with minimum 50% marks or equivalent CGPA from a recognized university/ institution or equivalent with 4 years experience OR Master’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University with 6 years of experience.
Deputy Manager (Training); Pay Matrix Level- 10
Candidates must possess Masters’ degree in Engineering/ Technology/ MBA/ PGDM/ Pharmacy/ Architecture with minimum 50% marks or equivalent CGPA from a recognized university/ institution or equivalent with 4 years experience OR Master’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University with 6 years of experience.
Assistant Manager (Executive Assistant); Pay Matrix Level- 7
Candidates must possess Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university or equivalent with minimum 50% marks or equivalent CGPA. Candidates should have Shorthand speed with 80 wpm to be transcribed in 50 min. Candidates should have minimum three years relevant experience.
The candidates should have working knowledge of computer program such as MS office, Excel, Power Point, Internet and email, etc. The candidate should be capable of independently functioning in a multi-discipline environment.
Place of Posting: The appointee will be posted in New Delhi office.
Upper Age Limit: 50 years for General Manager, 45 years for Manager, 40 years for Deputy Manager, and 32 years for Assistant Manager as on 01-November-2018.
