Qualification: The candidate must possess a Regular Full Time Bachelor’s Degree (after 10+2) with a Pass in Final Examination of CA/ ICWA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India/ Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India.
Candidates must have four years of post professional qualification experience in Central/ State Government departments/ Public Sector Enterprises, etc. for Deputy Manager (Finance/ Systems Audit) Posts
Candidates must have three years of post professional qualification experience in Central/ State Government departments/ Public Sector Enterprises, etc. for Officer (Finance/ Systems Audit) Posts
Placement and Compensation Package: The candidates selected for the post of Deputy Manager (Finance/ Systems Audit) will receive remuneration in the scale of Rs. 50000 – 160000/- along with other perks and incentives as defined by HAL.
The candidates selected for the post of Officer (Finance/ Systems Audit) will receive remuneration in the scale of Rs. 40000 – 140000/- along with other perks and incentives as defined by HAL.
Upper Age: The candidate must not have crossed 45 years for the post of Deputy Manager (Finance/ Systems Audit), and 35 years for the post of Officer (Finance/ Systems Audit) as on 02-January-2019. However, there will be relaxation in upper age limit as per rules
