The Public Service Commissions for the earlier States of Madhya Pradesh and
Madhya Bharat ceased to subsist from 1.11.1956 which comes under the section of 118 (2) of States Reorganization Act of 1956.On November 1st 1956, of the States Reorganization Act under Section 118(3) , by the President’s order the new Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission was made.
The Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission has announced for the
vacancy of Mining Inspectors for the national Indians in the Madhya Pradesh administration mining department. The total number of vacancies is 30 in which for the general category it is 15, for the ST 05, for the SC it is 06 and for the OBC it is 04.The pay scale for this post is Rs. 5200-20200 with a Grade Pay of Rs.2800.Apart from the basic pay the employee will be given various allowances also. The recruitment is being done permanently for this post.

Eligibility criteria: The age limit for this post is minimum 18 years and maximum 30 years and for the candidates residing in Madhya Pradesh the maximum limit is 40 years and the minimum age is the same as on 01-01-2013.The candidate must have a graduate degree in science from any recognized university or diploma in mining. The eligibility criteria has been
decided by the commission itself and it will not be changed at any cost. The candidates who found suitable themselves and fulfilling all the eligibility criteria can apply for this post.
Selection procedure: The selection will be done on the basis of written exam which will be conducted on 21.04.2013 and the interview afterwards. The examination will be taken in order to check the knowledge of candidates about their subjects. The candidates who qualify the exam will be then called for the interview. For final selection it is necessary for the candidate to qualify in both the exam and the interview. There is no any other mode of selection.
Application submission process: The application form has to be filled online which is given in the prescribed format given at the website www.mppsc.nic.in or www.mppsc.com from 12.00 noon on 17/12/2012 to 12.00 midnight till 16/01/2013.The application will be Rs.180 for the unreserved candidate and Rs. 90 for the reserved candidates. The fee
payment will be done only by credit card. There is no any other mode of fee payment like through Demand Draft or postal order. The applications have to be filled carefully by the candidates as the information filled will be verified later. All the necessary information has to be given so that the candidature must not be rejected at any stage. Dual submission of application will not be accepted or any late submission will not be entertained. The steps for filling the form can be seen from the website.
