The provisional benches of the Madhya Pradesh High Court at Gwalior and Indore is constituted on November 1st by the order of Hon’ble Chief Justice.
The eternal benches were laid on later by the notification of president on November 28 in the year 1956.This affairs of state continued till November 1 st, 2000. The state of Chhattisgarh was fixed out of the accessible state of Madhya Pradesh by worth of the requirements of the Reorganization Act ,2000 of Madhya Pradesh and the Chhattisgarh High Court was established for that state .The High Court of Madhya Pradesh of Jabalpur then became High Court for the descendant state of Madhya Pradesh.
The high court of Madhya Pradesh Jabalpur has announced the vacancies for the post of translators and assistants and there are total number of 312 vacancies which contain the post of Translator (07) having a Pay Scale of Rs. 9300 – 34800 with a Grade Pay Rs. 3200, Assistant Gr.3 (High-Court) ( 35) having a Pay Scale of Rs. 5200-20200 with a Grade Pay Rs. 1900, Assistant Gr.3 (State Legal Service Authority)(14) having a Pay Scale of Rs. 5200-20200 with a Grade Pay Rs. 1900, Assistant Gr.3 (District Courts) (241) , having a Pay Scale of: Rs. 5200-20200 with a Grade Pay Rs. 1900 and Assistant Gr.3 (English Knowing) (District Courts): ( 15) having a Pay Scale : Rs. 5200-20200 with a Grade Pay Rs. 1900.
Eligibility criteria: The age limit is different for both the male and female candidates. For male candidates of reserved and unreserved category the age limit is of 40 and 35 years and for the female candidates of reserved and unreserved category the age limit is 50 and 45 years. The educational qualification for the translator and the assistant grade 3 (high court) the candidate must have a graduate degree from any recognized university. And for the rest of the posts the candidate must have done their intermediate from any recognized board. The typing speed of the candidate must be good and should also have the knowledge of data entry operation.
Selection procedure: The selection will be done on the basis of written exam
followed by an interview. The written exam will consist of the paper of general
knowledge, maths, Hindi, English and computer knowledge. The marks allotted for the exam and interview and are different. It is necessary for the candidate to obtain the minimum marks in order to qualify in the exam and after qualifying only the candidate will be called for an interview. The exam will be conducted on 17-02-2013.
