Madhya Pradesh Professional Examination Board (VYAPAM) invites application from eligible candidates for direct recruitment of Jail Prahari Positions.
मध्यप्रदेश शासन, जेल विभाग (MP Jail Department) के अंतर्गत प्रहरी (Prahari), के सीधी भर्ती एवं सीधी भर्ती-बैकलॉग के रिक्त पदों पर भर्ती हेतु संयुक्त चयन परीक्षा-2018
Jail Prahari- 475 Vacancies, Pay Matrix Level- 4 Rs. 19500 – 62000/-

Starting Date for Submission of Online Application: 11-August-2018
Last Date for Submission of Online Application: 25-August-2018
Last Date for Making Corrections in Submitted Application Form: 30-August-2018
Date of Written Exam: 29-September-2018, and 30-September-2018
Eligibility Criteria: Candidates must have passed Intermediate Examination or High School Exam form a recognized Board. Candidates should have required skill and fulfill physical standards. Candidates must also have fulfill required experience.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and Maximum 25 years (33 years for MP Domicile Candidates). However, relaxation in upper age limit applicable as per government rules.
Mode of Selection: The candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in the Written Examination. The selection will be done on a merit basis and there will be fair examination at each stage for selection.
Application Fees:
For General/ OBC category and all candidates from other states: Rs.500/-
For all others under reserved category/ Women from the state of MP: Rs.250/-
Candidates have to pay an additional fee of Rs. 70/- to process the application through MP Online
The fees can be deposited through online mode at the websites of MP Vyapam through Net Banking/ Credit Card/ Debit Card (as per the instructions available at the portal). The fees can also be remitted in Cash at MP Online kiosks.
