Office of the Chief Postmaster General, Kerala Postal Circle, Department of Posts, Government of India, invites applications from eligible candidates for the selection and engagement to the posts of 1422 Gramin Dak Sevak in Postal Divisions/ RMS Divisions of Kerala Postal Circle.

Number of Vacancies: 1442 Vacancies
Opening Date for Online Registration/ Fee Submission: 08-March-2021
Closing Date for Online Registration/ Fee Submission: 07-April-2021
Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed Secondary School Examination/ Matriculation/ 10th standard with passing marks in Mathematics, local language and English (having been studied as compulsory or elective subjects) conducted by Central/ State Government board of school education in India.
The candidate should have studied the local language at least up to 10th standard.
Candidates should have basic computer training certificate for minimum 60 days from a recognized Computer Training Institute/ Central Government, State Government, University, Boards/ Private Computer Training Institutes.
Requirement of basic computer knowledge certificate shall be relaxed in case, candidate has studied computer as a subject in Class X or Class XII or higher educational qualification provided the candidate submits a certificate of Class X or Class XII or higher educational qualification in which he/she has studied computer as a subject.
Age Limit As on 08-March-2021: Minimum 18 years and Maximum 40 years for the purpose of engagement to Gramin Dak Sevaks posts. However, relaxation in upper age limit will be applicable as per government rules. For complete detail on relaxation in upper age limit please visit official advertisement.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected as per the automatic generated merit list as per the rules. Only marks obtained in 10th standard of approved Boards will be the criteria for finalizing the selection. A candidate can apply for a maximum of twenty posts all over India per cycle of online engagement.
Cost of Application Form Registration: Rs. 100/-
Candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes/ Scheduled Tribes/ Physically Impaired/ Women are exempted from payment of registration Fee. Applicants are suggested to pay the fee at any Head Post Office or other identified Post Offices in India. Candidate requires to make the payment has to visit any Head Post Office, along with Registration Number to make the payment.

STEP 1- Applicants are suggested to register at Register Here and obtain unique registration number.
STEP 2- UR/ OBC/ EWS Male/ Trans-man are suggested to make payment at any Head Post Office. In Case of online payment, if no confirmation is received after the deduction of amount from candidate’s bank account, candidates can await upto 72 Hours for settlement.
