Minimum Qualification Required:
Engineering Assistant (Electrical): The candidate must possess three years full time Diploma (or two years through lateral entry after ITI of minimum one-year duration) in Mechanical Engineering/ Automobile Engineering from a recognized government Institute with minimum 55% percentage of marks.
Engineering Assistant (Electrical): The candidate must possess three years full time Diploma (or two years through lateral entry after ITI of minimum one-year duration) in Electrical Engineering/ Electrical and Electronics Engineering from a recognized government Institute with minimum 55% percentage of marks.
Engineering Assistant (T&I): The candidate must possess three years full time Diploma (or two years through lateral entry after ITI of minimum one-year duration) in Electronics and Communication Engineering /Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering/ Electronics and Radio Communication Engineering/ Instrumentation and Control Engineering/ Instrumentation and Process Control Engineering/ Electronics Engineering from a recognized government Institute with minimum 55% percentage of marks.
Technical Attendant I: The candidate must have passed matriculation (10th standard) from a recognized government Institute. The candidates must also possess Trade Certificate/ National Trade Certificate (NTC) issued by NCVT.
Upper Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 26 years as on 24-May-2017. However, relaxation in upper age limit is applicable as per government rules.
Pay Scale:
Engineering Assistant (Electrical/ T&I): Rs.11900- 32000/-
Technical Attendant I: Rs.10500- 24500/-
Mode of Selection: Candidate will be selected on the basis of Written Test and Skill/Proficiency/Physical Test (SPPT). Skill/Proficiency/Physical Test (SPPT) shall be qualifying in nature only. Final merit list shall be prepared based on the marks secured in Written Test of only those candidates who are considered FIT in SPPT.
Application Fee:
Rs.100/- for Unreserved/ OBC category candidates
SC/ ST candidates are exempted from payment of application fees
The candidates are suggested to pay application fee through online mode only through SBI collect as indicated in Pipelines Recruitment portal. No other mode of fee payment would be acceptable.
