Gujarat State Electricity Corporation Limited GSECL invites online application from young and dynamic Diploma Engineers in the discipline of Instrument Mechanic, Electrical and Mechanical for recruitment of posts of Instrument Mechanic, Vidyut Sahayak; Accounts Officer, and Deputy Superintendent (Accounts) Positions.
Vidyut Sahayak (Plant Attendant Grade-I) Electrical: 50 Posts
Candidates must possess Full time/ Regular Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognized University. Knowledge of Gujarati is essential.
Vidyut Sahayak (Plant Attendant Grade-I) Mechanical: 50 Posts
Candidates must possess Full time/ Regular Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University. Knowledge of Gujarati is essential.
Candidates will be selected on the basis of online exam. The selected Vidyut Sahayak (Plant Attendant Grade I) shall be appointed for period of three years. On satisfactory completion of the period of three years as Vidyut Sahayak, candidates may be considered for appointment to the post of Plant Attendant Grade I in the pay-scale Rs.26000-56600 on regular establishment.
Instrument Mechanic: 32 Posts
Candidate must possess Full time/ Regular Diploma in Instrument & Control from recognized University. There is no minimum percentage requirement.
Candidates will be selected on the basis of online exam. The selected candidate shall be appointed to the post of Instrument Mechanic in the pay-scale Rs.26000-56600 on regular establishment.
Accounts Officer: 15 Posts
CA/ ICWA. Candidates should have minimum two years relevant experience after obtaining minimum qualification.
The selected candidate shall be appointed in the scale of pay Rs. 58500-115800 (Revised) plus other allowances as per Company’s rules.
Deputy Superintendent (Accounts): 19 Posts
CA/ ICWA. Two years full time post graduate qualification from recognized university duly approved by UGC/AICTE in any of the following MBA (Finance), M.Com. (Accounts/Finance). Candidates should have minimum two years relevant experience after obtaining minimum qualification.
The selected candidate shall be appointed in the scale of pay Rs. 35700-82100 (Revised) plus other allowances as per Company’s rules.

Upper Age Limit: 35 years for UR candidates; 40 years for SC, ST and SEBC Candidates as on 29-May-2018. However, relaxation in upper age limit for reserved category is applicable as per government rules.
