CISF Announces Recruitment Notification For Para-Medical Portfolios For 2012

Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) is one of the most respected Para-Military Forces under the Ministry of Home Affairs, Govt of India. With the recent notification from the CISF, it intends to recruit Para-Medical staffs from Male and Female category in various capacities to get postings through various establishments of CISF spread across the country.

Mode of Application:         Offline mode through prescribed format as specified on the Employment news of 4^th August 2012 or downloaded from the website of CISF at www.cisf.gov.in

Closing date for receipt of Completed Application Form: 14^th of September 2012

Application Fees:

• NIL for SC, ST candidates
• Rs.50 for all others
• The application fees can be remitted in shape of Crossed Indian Postal Order in favor of the concerned authorities of CISF as mentioned in the Employment News/ at the Website of CISF
• NO other form of fees will be accepted

Details of Posts, Vacancies, Reservations and Pay Band:

1. Asst. Sub-Inspector (Pharmacist) – 21 posts – Open to all – Age- 20-30 years -Pay Band – I- Rs.5200-Rs.20200 and GP of Rs.2800 – Academics – the candidate must have intermediate certificate with a Degree or Diploma in Pharmacy and must have been registered as a Pharmacist with experience

Male -14 posts out of which 1 post reserved for SC, 1 for ST and 3 for OBC

Female – 7 posts out of which 1 post reserved for SC, and 1 for OBC

1. Constable (Nursing Assistant) – 93 posts – Open to all – Age- 18-25 years -Pay Band -I- Rs.5200-Rs.20200 and GP of Rs.2000 – Academics – the candidate must have matriculation with certificate of First Aid from St. John Ambulance/ Indian Red Cross and must have one year experience in bandage and dressing of wounds

Male -62 posts out of which 9 posts reserved for SC, 4 for ST and 16 for OBC

Female – 31 posts out of which 4 posts reserved for SC, 2 for ST and 8 for OBC

1. Constable (Ward Boy) – 4 posts out of which 1 reserved for OBC – Male – Age- 18-25 years – Pay Band -I- Rs.5200-Rs.20200 and GP of Rs.2000 – Academics – the candidate must have matriculation with certificate of First Aid from St. John Ambulance Organization/ Indian Red Cross Society
2. Constable (Ward Girl – Ayya) – 3 posts for UR category – Female – Age- 18-25 years – Pay Band -I- Rs.5200-Rs.20200 and GP of Rs.2000 – Academics – the candidate must have matriculation with certificate of First Aid from St. John Ambulance Organization/ Indian Red Cross Society

NOTE:      

• 10% of Total Male vacancies will be reserved for Ex-Servicemen
• Age and academics requirements will be reckoned as on 14^th of September 2012 (last date for receipt of application form)
• Relaxation in upper age limit will be applicable as per rules

How to Apply:

• The application could be downloaded from the website of the CISF at www.cisf.gov.in
• The candidates need to fill in the application form with factual information and attached their eligibility credentials for concession of fees and other factors for consideration
• No over writing is permitted in the Application/ No whitening of writing is permitted
• The completed application form must reach the concerned Office at the address mentioned at the website, on or before the last date (14^th of September 2012)

Selection Procedure:

• The selection will be on the basis of merit
• The CISF will test the physical standard test as per rules
• If required the candidate have to appear for a written examination to qualify for selection
• The final selection will be on the basis of performance in the written test, Physical test and experience as combined criteria for selection.
• No form of canvassing is allowed at any stage
• Disciplinary actions will be initiated against candidates found guilty of misconduct
