NTPC Limited, India’s largest integrated energy company having installed capacity of 70,064 MW, and plan to attain a total installed capacity of 130 GW by 2032, invited applications from eligible candidates for recruitment of Carbon Trading Executive Position.
Carbon Trading Executive
Candidate must possess Bachelor’s Engineering Degree in any discipline or Master’s Degree in Environment Science/ Environment Engineering/ Environmental Management from a recognized University/ Institute.
Candidate should have 10 years of industry or consulting experience, out of which minimum 01 year exposure in
- Carbon Markets, Market-based Carbon finance instruments including Carbon credits, Carbon tax and emissions trading scheme.
- ESG and Impact investing, climate finance strategies, appraise and structure climate-aligned investments, public and private capital to sustainable investment, financing of low Carbon and climate resilient projects in energy sectors.
- Carbon neutrality, climate change and sustainability, developing decarbonisation (removal or reduction of carbon dioxide CO2 output into the atmosphere) strategy for energy/ power.
Selected candidate will be appointed for a period of 03 years that can be further extended based on performance of the candidate and requirement of the company.
