Bihar Police Subordinate Services Commission, invites applications from eligible candidates for recruitment of Police Sub Inspector (SI), in Home (Police) Department, Government of Bihar.
Police Sub Inspector (SI)- 1275 Vacancies, Pay Matrix Level- 6
Qualification: Candidates must have passed Bachelor’s Degree from a recognised university. Candidates must also have to qualify in physical standard and ability test in order to be included in merit list.
Age Limit: Minimum 20 years and Maximum 37 years as on 01-August-2023. However, relaxation in upper age limit applicable as per government rules.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of Preliminary Written Exam, Main Written Exam and Physical Test.
Candidates selected on the basis of Preliminary exam of 200 marks, will have to appear for Mains examination of 200 marks. Candidates must also have to qualify in physical ability test in order to be included in merit list.

Application Fee:
Rs. 700/- for Candidate belonging to General / BC/ OBC categories; and Rs. 400/- for SC/ ST category candidates. Applicants are suggested to pay the fee through using Debit Cards, Credit Cards and Internet Banking facility Only.
