Educational Qualification:
Assistant Engineer (Electrical): Candidates must have completed full time Bachelor Degree in Electrical/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering or equivalent degree from a university duly recognized by Central Government or a State Government with a minimum 60% marks in respect of General Category candidates and 55% marks in respect of SC category candidates of Haryana domicile. Candidates Must have passed Hindi/ Sanskrit up to Matric standard.
Assistant Engineer (Mechanical): Candidates must have completed full time Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent degree from a university duly recognized by Central Government or a State Government with a minimum 60% marks in respect of General Category candidates and 55% marks in respect of SC category candidates of Haryana domicile. Candidates Must have passed Hindi/ Sanskrit up to Matric standard.
Assistant Engineer (Civil): Candidates must have completed full time Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent degree from a university duly recognized by Central Government or a State Government with a minimum 60% marks in respect of General Category candidates and 55% marks in respect of SC category candidates of Haryana domicile. Candidates Must have passed Hindi/ Sanskrit up to Matric standard.
Assistant Engineer (IT): Candidates must have completed full time Bachelor Degree in Computer Science & Engineering/ Computer Engineering/ Information Technology or equivalent degree from a university duly recognized by Central Government or a State Government with a minimum 60% marks in respect of General Category candidates and 55% marks in respect of SC category candidates of Haryana domicile. Candidates Must have passed Hindi/ Sanskrit up to Matric standard.
Assistant Engineer (Electronics): Candidates must have completed full time Bachelor Degree in Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Telecommunication/ Electronics & Electrical Communication Engineering or equivalent degree from a university duly recognized by Central Government or a State Government with a minimum 60% marks in respect of General Category candidates and 55% marks in respect of SC category candidates of Haryana domicile. Candidates Must have passed Hindi/ Sanskrit up to Matric standard.
Age Limit As on 31-August-2017: Minimum 20 years and Maximum 42 years for Assistant Engineer Posts. There will be relaxation in upper age to SC/ BC/ SBC/ EBP (G)/ PWD/ ESM/ OSP candidates shall be as per Haryana Government instructions. No relaxation in age permissible to candidates who are not domiciles of Haryana state irrespective of their category.
Pay Scale:
Assistant Engineer: Rs. 9300-34800/- + Grade Pay Rs. 5400/- (Revised Pay Scale Rs.53100- 167800 in pay matrix level-9)
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of merit.
Application Fee:
Rs. 125/- for Male candidates of SC/ BC-A/ BC-B/ EBP(G)/ ESM categories of Haryana only; and Female candidates of all (General and Reserved) categories of all States
Rs. 500/- for male candidates of General Category including Dependent Son of Ex-Servicemen of Haryana; and Male Candidates of all reserved categories of other States
