APSC Recruitment Advertisement 15-2017: Assam Public Service Commission invites applications from eligible candidates for recruitment of Assistant Geologist in the Directorate of Geology and Mining, Assam.
Assistant Geologist: 11 Vacancies, in the scale of pay Pay Band-4, Rs. 30,000 – 1,10,000/- plus Grade Pay of Rs. 12700/-
Candidates must possess second class Master Degree (M.Sc.) in Geology or equivalent degree in applied Geology from Government recognized university or an institution.
Candidate should not be less than 21 years and not more than 43 years as on 01-January-2017. However, relaxation in upper age limit applicable as per government rules.
Candidates will be selected on the basis of written exam and/ or interview.
