Law Assistant to Legal Remembrancer and Under Secretary to the Government of Assam, Judicial Department (Grade-IV of the Assam Legal Service) – 1 Vacancy

Minimum Qualification Required: Candidate must be an Advocate enrolled under the Advocates Act of 1961 who has been practicing as such for at least three years,
OR A Judicial Officer of at least three years standing,
OR A Chief Language Officer of the Legislative Deptt., holding a degree in Law and having three years experience as such officer or with two years experience as such Officer, if he has previous experience as an Advocate for at least three) years
OR A Language Officer of the Legislative Deptt. holding a degree in Law and having five years experience as such Officer or two years experience as Language Officer if he has previous experience as an Advocate for at least four years.
Age Limit: Minimum age limit is 21 years and maximum is 43 years as on January 01, 2017. However, relaxation in upper age limit for reserved category is applicable as per government rules.
Pay Scale: PB-4, Rs. 12000/- to 40,000/- with Grade Pay of Rs. 5,400/-
Mode of Selection: The candidate will be selected based on the Screening test/ Viva-voce interview.

Minimum Qualification Required:
Inspector of Factories: Candidate must possess Degree in any branch of Engineering or Technology, Preferably Mechanical/Chemical or Electrical Engineering. Candidates Should have practical experience of two years in a workshop or manufacturing concern of good standard.
Assistant Engineer (Civil): Candidate must possess Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering of an Indian or foreign University recognized by the Government. Or Passed parts A&B of the Associate Membership Examination of the institution of Engineers (India) and possessing a Certificate to that affect from the institution of Engineers (India).
