Qualification: Candidates must have completed full time Engineering Degree with First class PG Diploma in Marketing Management; or full time MBA, or full time Degree in Arts/ Science/ Commerce with PG Diploma in Marketing Management.
Candidates must have secured first class in their qualification.
Experience in Marketing As on 01-April-2015: Candidates should have 21 years post qualification experience in case applying for Assistant General Manager (Marketing) post, 17 years post qualification experience in case applying for Senior Manager (Marketing) post, 12 years post qualification experience in case applying for Deputy Manager (Marketing) post, and 07 years post qualification experience in case applying for Assistant Manager (Marketing) post.
Marketing experience in Paper Mills is desirable.
