South Central Railway, invited applications through proper channel from serving regular railway employees of South Central Railway for filling up vacancies of Assistant Station Master, Goods Guard, Ticket Examiner, Tech Gr. II (Signal), and Tech Gr. III (Signal). Candidates will be selected on the basis of written exam, Psychological test, medical exam, and verification of documents. Candidates should submit only one application for each category.

Pay Scale:
Rs. 5200-20200/- plus Grade Pay Rs. 2800/- for Assistant Station Master, and Goods Guard Posts
Rs. 5200-20200/- plus Grade Pay Rs. 2400/- for Tech (Signal) Grade 2 Posts
Rs. 5200-20200/- plus Grade Pay Rs. 1900/- for Ticket Examiner, Tech (Signal) Grade 3 Posts
Qualification:
Assistant Station Master– Candidates must be Degree from recognized university or equivalent.
Goods Guard– Candidates must be Degree from recognized university or equivalent.
Ticket Examiner– Candidates must have passed Intermediate (10+2) examination.
Tech Gr. II (Signal)- Candidates must have passed in 1st year of B.Sc. (Physics) or Pass in 10+2 stage in Higher Secondary in Science that is Math or Physics or its equivalent.
Tech Gr. III (Signal)- Candidates must have passed 10+2 with Physics and Maths; OR Passed Matriculation Plus ITI Plus Act Apprenticeship in Electrician/ Electrical/ Fitter/ Wireman/ Electronics/ Information Technology/ TV & Radio/ Instrumentation/ Computer/ Computer Networking/ Data Networking; OR have year three years Diploma in Engineering in Electrical/ Electronics/ Microprocessor/ TV Engineering/ Fiber Optical Communication/ Telecommunication/ Communication/ Sound & TV Engineering/ Industrial Control/ Electronics Instrumentation/ Industrial Electronics/ Applied Electronics/ Digital Power Electronics/ information Science/ Information Technology/ Computer Application/ Computer Engineering/ Computer Science/ Computer Technology.
Upper Age Limit: 42 years for general candidates, 45 years for OBC category candidates, 47 years for SC/ ST category candidates as on 01-January-2016. Persons with Disabilities (PWD) candidates will get the relaxation in upper age limit as per rules.
