Central Railway invites online applications from eligible employees for recruitment of Goods Guard, and Jr. Clerk-cum-Typist Posts, through General Departmental Competitive Exam for Mumbai Division, Solapur Division, Pune Division, Bhusawal Division, Nagpur Division.
Candidates will be selected on the basis of Computer Based Test (CBT) followed by Typing test, Document Verification and Medical Examination.

Only serving regular Railway employees of Central Railway working in Level-1 are eligible to apply.
Candidates must have passed Intermediate/ 10+2 or its equivalent examination from a recognised board with minimum 50% marks (NA for SC/ ST category candidates) in the aggregate. Candidates should have Typing speed of 30 w.p.m. in English / 25 w.p.m. in Hindi.
125 Posts of Goods Guard in Level-5 Rs. 29,200-92,300 in 7th CPC
Only serving regular Railway employees of Central Railway working in Level-5 and below are eligible to apply. Candidates who have been granted MACP in level-6 and above, but working in substantive Level-1 to 5 are eligible.
Candidates must possess Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized Board/University/Institute OR its equivalent on the date of notification.
Upper Age Limit: 42 years for general category candidates, 45 years fro OBC category candidates, 47 years for SC/ ST category candidates as on 01-December-2017
