Candidates selected for Diploma Trainee (Electrical/ Telecom), will get a stipend of Rs. 16, 500/- per month during training period. On successful completion of training to be regularized as Junior Engineer Gr-IV (S1) in the Pay Scale : 16000-35500/-
Candidates selected for Junior Technician Trainee, will get a stipend of Rs. 11, 000/- per month during training period. On successful completion of training to be regularized as Junior Engineer Gr-IV (S1) in the Pay Scale : 11500-26000/-
Candidates selected for Assistant (Finance), will get the scale of pay Rs. 12500-27500/- (IDA).

Qualification:
Diploma Trainee (Electrical/ Telecom)- Candidates must possess Diploma in relevant Engineering discipline from recognized Technical Board/ Institute with minimum 70% marks for General/ OBC (NCL) candidates and pass marks for SC/ ST/ PwD Candidates.
Junior Technician Trainee (Electrical)- ITI (Electrical) pass in Electrician Trade from recognized Technical Board/ Institute.
Assistant (Finance)- B.Com with first division for General/ OBC (NCL) candidates and pass marks for SC/ ST/ PwD Candidates. Candidate should have One year post qualification experience in Finance and Accounts. Candidates possess M.Com degree will get preferred.
Upper Age Limit As on 31-August-2016:
Diploma Trainee (Electrical/ Civil/ Electronics and Communication), Junior Technician Trainee (Electrical)- 27 years for unreserved candidates
Assistant (Finance)- 28 years for unreserved candidates
However, relaxation in upper age limit for reserved category candidates applicable as per government rules.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of Written Test for Diploma Trainee Positions; Written Test and Trade Test for Junior Technician Trainee; and Written Test and Computer Skill Test for Assistant (Finance) Positions.

Qualification:
Diploma Trainee (Electrical/ Civil)- Candidates must possess Diploma in relevant engineering discipline (Electrical/ Civil) with minimum 70% marks for General/OBC (NCL) candidates and pass marks for SC/ST candidates.
Junior Officer Trainee (HR)- Candidates must possess full time two years Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management/ /MSW(with Personnel Management as main Subject) or equivalent from recognized institute with minimum 55% marks in aggregate of all semesters/ years for General/ OBC (NCL)/ ST Category candidates and pass marks for SC / PwD candidates.
Upper Age Limit As on 22-Feb-2016: Maximum 27 years for General candidates, 30 years for OBC(NCL) category candidates, and 32 years for SC/ ST category candidates.
Stipend During Training: Selected candidates will get the stipend of Rs. 16500/- per month
On successful completion of training, candidates will be regularised within the organisation as
Diploma Trainee as Junior Engineer Gr-IV at S1 level in Supervisory category
Junior Officer Trainee as Junior Officer (HR) Gr-IV at S1 level in Supervisory category
Pay Scale: Rs. 16000-35500/- (IDA)
Application Fees:
Rs. 300/- for the post of Diploma Trainee, and Jr. Officer Trainee (HR)
SC/ST/PwD/Ex-SM/Departmental candidates are exempted from payment of application fees.
Candidate can make payment through Internet banking/ Debit Card (Visa or Masters) / Credit Card (Visa or Masters)/ Bank Challan. Bank commission charges will be borne by the Applicants. After making the payment a Payment Slip will be generated on screen, and candidates should take the
print of that payment slip for further reference. In case of Bank challan, Candidates can deposit the fees at any branch of State Bank of India after two Bank working days of generation of challan. On depositing the fees, candidates are required to retain a copy of the challan/ bank receiving for future reference.
