With the recent announcement from the MPOnline, the National Health Mission (NHM) operating in the state of Madhya Pradesh is inviting competent applications from qualified individuals for direct recruitment to 284 various posts of Doctors (Medical Officers -DTC), Counselor for DRTB Centre, District Program Coordinator, Accountant, Senior Treatment Supervisor – STS, Tuberculosis Health Visitor – TBHV, Dot Plus Site DRTB Centre Sr. Medical Officer, & Dot Plus Site DRTB Centre Statistical Assistant for the DOTs/ TB Projects spread over the state. The recruitment will be on contract basis for all these posts at the district level.

Pay scale and remunerations:
The recruitment will be contractual in nature. There will be consolidated remuneration for each of the posts, as detailed below:
- Medical Officers –DTC: The selected candidates will be eligible for a consolidated remuneration of Rs.45000 per month.
- Counselor for DRTB Centre: The selected candidates will be eligible for a consolidated remuneration of Rs.12000 per month.
- District Program Coordinator: The selected candidates will be eligible for a consolidated remuneration of Rs.25000 per month.
- Accountant: The selected candidates will be eligible for a consolidated remuneration of Rs.15000 per month.
- Senior Treatment Supervisor – STS: The selected candidates will be eligible for a consolidated remuneration of Rs.15000 per month.
- Tuberculosis Health Visitor – TBHV: The selected candidates will be eligible for a consolidated remuneration of Rs.15000 per month.
- Dot Plus Site DRTB Centre Sr. Medical Officer: The selected candidates will be eligible for a consolidated remuneration of Rs.45000 per month.
- Dot Plus Site DRTB Centre Statistical Assistant: The selected candidates will be eligible for a consolidated remuneration of Rs.15000 per month.
Educational qualification Requirement:
- Medical Officers –DTC: The applicants should have completed MBBS. Preference will be offered to candidates having MD/ Diploma in Public Health and MD in Tuberculosis & Chest diseases. Minimum 1 or more years of post-qualification experience in RNTCP will be preferred. All candidates should have working knowledge of Computers.
- Counselor for DRTB Centre: The applicants should have completed Bachelors Degree in Social Work/ Sociology/ Psychology. Candidates having Masters Degree/ PG-Diploma will be preferred. Minimum 1 or more years of post-qualification experience in RNTCP as a counselor will be preferred.
- District Program Coordinator: The applicants should have completed MBA/PG Diploma in Management/ Health Administration. Candidates having work experience in the field of Development/ Health at District / State level will be preferred. Minimum 1 or more years of post-qualification experience in relevant field will be preferred.
- Accountant: The applicants should have completed Graduation in Commerce. Candidates having MBA/PGD in Financial Management will be preferred. Minimum 2 or more years of post-qualification experience in Accountancy/ Finance management/ Tally software will be preferred.
- Senior Treatment Supervisor – STS: The applicants should have completed Bachelors Degree in any discipline with a Certificate Course of Computer Operation. Must have a permanent two-wheeler driving license. Candidates having regular post-qualification experience and completing Tuberculosis health visitor’s recognized course will be preferred.
- Tuberculosis Health Visitor – TBHV: The applicants should have completed Bachelors Degree/ Intermediate with experience of working as MPW/ANM/LHV/Health worker and a Certificate Course of Computer Operation. Candidates having completing Tuberculosis health visitor’s recognized course with a Certificate in Computer operation can also apply for these posts. Candidates completing Training course for MPW/ Sanitary Inspector’s course will be preferred.
- Dot Plus Site DRTB Centre Sr. Medical Officer: The applicants should have completed MBBS. Preference will be offered to candidates having MD in Respiratory Medicine/ Internal Medicine/ Community Medicine/ CHA/ Master in Public Health. Candidates should have working knowledge of Computers and relevant post-qualification experience.
- Dot Plus Site DRTB Centre Statistical Assistant: The applicants should have completed Bachelors Degree in any discipline with a Diploma in Computer Operation. The candidates must have typing speed of 40 words per minute in English and local language on Computers.
Note: The qualifications should have been accredited to the candidates by the last date of submission of application
Age:
- The applicant should have attained a minimum age of 21 years and should not have exceed 40 years of age as on 1-January-2014.
- Any relaxation in upper age will be allowed only for permanent domiciles of MP
Selection Procedure:
- The selection will be done only through an Online Written Test, and Verification of the documents as per the discretion of the NHM
- On the basis of the performance the Merit list will be prepared. There will be no interview for these posts.
- This contract may be extended as per the discretion of NRHM
