MPOnline is a One Stop Window integrated with Government departments providing Academic, Recruitment, Online Counseling, Online Assessment Examinations and allied services. With the recent announcement from the MPOnline, the National Urban Health Mission (NUHM) – Madhya Pradesh is inviting competent applications from aspiring individuals for direct recruitment to the posts of City Program Manager, Consultant Community Officer, Consultant – Accounts and Evaluation, and LDC Support for MIS. These recruitments will be done under the state level NUHM (National Urban Health Mission) project.

Name and Number of the vacancies: 201 Positions in Total
- City Program Manager: 50 positions [UR-17, UR-W-07, SC-06, SC-W-02, ST-07, ST-W-03, OBC-05, OBC-W-02, PWD-01]
- Consultant Community Officer: 14 positions [UR-05, UR-W-02, SC-01, SC-W-01, ST-02, ST-W-01, OBC-01, OBC-W-01]
- Consultant – Accounts and Evaluation: 50 positions [UR-17, UR-W-07, SC-06, SC-W-02, ST-07, ST-W-03, OBC-05, OBC-W-02, PWD-01]
- LDC Support for MIS: 87 positions [UR-29, UR-W-13, SC-10, SC-W-04, ST-12, ST-W-05, OBC-08, OBC-W-04, PWD-01, PWD-W-01]
- There will be reservation for SC, ST, and OBC candidates as per rules:
Pay Provisions and Scale of Pay:
- City Program Manager: The applicants joining the service after selection will be granted a consolidate pay of Rs.33000 per month subject to approval of Government of India.
- Consultant Community Officer: The applicants joining the service after selection will be granted a consolidate pay of Rs.25000 per month subject to approval of Government of India.
- Consultant – Accounts and Evaluation: The applicants joining the service after selection will be granted a consolidate pay of Rs.30000 per month subject to approval of Government of India.
- LDC Support for MIS: The applicants joining the service after selection will be granted a consolidate pay of Rs.9000 per month subject to approval of Government of India.
- Other perks, allowances and facilities may be applicable as per the Government of India norms for NUHM.
Period of Engagement:
- All these posts are meant to be filled up through contractual recruitment norms and will remain valid till 31-March-2015 only.
- The period of contract may be extended if the candidates is found suitable by the Government of India for execution of tasks as assigned by the NUHM.
Educational qualification Requirement:
- City Program Manager: The interested applicants must have completed Masters Degree in Social Work/ Sociology/ Social Science/ Public Health (MPH)/ MBA (except MBA in Finance) with minimum 50% marks in aggregate. Candidates must have Post-Qualification experience in Healthcare/ Project execution/ Project Monitoring sector for a minimum of 2 years and above. Must have computer proficiency.
- Consultant Community Officer: The interested applicants must have completed Masters Degree in Social Work/ Sociology/ Social Science/ Public Health (MPH)/ MBA (except MBA in Finance) with minimum 50% marks in aggregate. Candidates must have Post-Qualification experience in Healthcare/ Project execution/ Project Monitoring sector for a minimum of 1 years and above. Must have computer proficiency.
- Consultant – Accounts and Evaluation: The interested applicants must have completed MCA or Post graduate in Computer Science Or, MSc (Computer/IT) Or, PG Degree in Health Informatics with minimum 50% marks in aggregate. Candidates must have at least 2 years of relevant Post-Qualification experience. Additional weightage will be offered to candidates completing minimum 6 months of computer proficiency course.
- LDC Support for MIS: The interested applicants must have completed 10+2 with “O” Level/Higher Level Certificate/PGDCA/ITI-COPA+DCA or Polytechnic Diploma in Computer Science/ IT with 50% marks (as approved by AICTE). Candidates having MSc (Computer/ IT) or MCA or PG Degree in Computer Science will be preferred for these posts. Candidates must have at least 2 years of relevant Post-Qualification experience in Data Entry. Candidates must have typing speed of 25 words per minute in Hindi and 30 words per minute in English on computers.

Age:
- The applicants should have attained a minimum age of 21 years and should not have exceed 40 years of age as on 01-January-2014.
- Any relaxation in upper age will be allowed only for permanent domiciles of MP as per Government of India norms.
- However, the candidates age will not be more than 45 years with all relaxations.
Selection Procedure:
- The selection will be done only through an Online Written Test, Typing Test (as required) and Verification of the documents.
- On the basis of the performance the Merit list will be prepared. There will be no interview for these posts.
Application Fees:
- For the candidates belonging Unreserved and OBC categories: Rs. 300
- For all others reserved categories (SC/ ST/ PWD): as per the rules of the state
- These fees can be deposited through online bank transfer OR, through cash at the Kiosks of MPOnline as per the convenience of candidates

- The candidates need to pay the requisite fees through system generated challan within stipulated time of filing the Application Form Online
- The forms should be filled with facts and actual information
- There is no need to send the physical copy of application form at the time of Online registration
- The candidates need to produce original copy of online application along with necessary supporting documents during appointment of candidates.
