Inspector of Motor Vehicles: Candidates must have passed matriculation from a recognised board. Candidates should possess three years Diploma in Automobile Engineering or Mechanical Engineering awarded by the State Board of Technical Education, or Must possess degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University.
Candidates should have minimum one year working experience in a reputed automobile workshop, and have driving license to drive motor cycle, heavy goods vehicles and heavy passenger motor vehicles. Candidates must also have fulfill minimum physical standard norms.
Regional Transport Officer (RTO): Candidates must possess Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automobile Engineering from a recognised University.
Age limit: Minimum 18 years and Maximum 35 years. However, relaxation in upper age limit applicable as per government orders.
