Name of the Posts along with Vacancies:
Inspector, Grade-I (on contract basis): 28 Posts
Excise and Taxation Inspector (on regular basis): 37 Posts
Election Kanungo (on contract basis): 07 Posts
Extension Officer (on regular basis): 10 Posts
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 45 years as on 01-January-2015. Relaxation in upper age limit as per government rules.
Educational Qualification: Candidate should have completed Graduation from a recognized University or its equivalent.
Pay Scale:
Inspector, Grade-I (on contract basis): Rs. 13900/- per month
Excise and Taxation Inspector (on regular basis): Rs. 10300-34800/- + Grade Pay 3600/-
Election Kanungo (on contract basis): Rs. 8910/- per month
Extension Officer: Rs. 10300-34800/- + Grade Pay Rs.3600/-
Mode of Selection: Selection will be made on the basis of screening test, main written exam and viva-voce.
Examination Fee:
General Category candidates: Rs. 400/-
OBC/ SC/ ST category candidates of Himachal Pradesh: Rs. 100/-
Ex-Servicemen of Himachal Pradesh who are relieved from Defence Services after completion of normal tenure, Blind, Visually Impaired candidates are exempted from payment of examination fee.
Candidates can make the payment through ‘e-Challan’ at any branch of Punjab National Bank; or ‘e-Payment’ Option.
