Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) is going to hold 29th Bihar Judicial Services Competitive Examination, and so invites online applications from eligible candidates. Candidates will be selected on the basis of written examination (Questions will be asked from general knowledge including current affairs, elementary general science, law of evidence and procedure, constitutional and administrative law of India, Hindu law and Muhammadan law, law of transfer of property, principles of equity, law of trusts and specific relief, law of contracts and torts, and commercial law) and interview.

Qualification: Candidates must possess Bachelor’s Degree in law from recognised university/ institute.
Age Limit: Minimum 22 years and Maximum 35 years (40 years for candidates belonging to SC/ ST category) as on 01-August-2012.
Fees:
Rs. 150/- for SC/ ST category candidates of Bihar State
Rs. 600/- for All other candidates
Note: Candidates also have to pay Rs. 50/- as bank charges.
