Agricultural Marketing Officer (Training & Canning) in the West Bengal Junior Agricultural Service (Marketing) under Agriculture Marketing Department: 01 Post
Candidates must possess degree in Food Technology/Food Technology and Biochemical engineering or equivalent qualifications from a recognised University/Institute; OR B.Sc. degree from a recognised University/Institute. Candidates should have completed training in Fruit Preservation/Fruit Processing at Central Food Technological Research Institute, Mysore/Bangalore or any other Government or Government Organised Institution or five years experience in a Fruit Preservation or Processing Factory of repute or Training Centre under Government.
Draftsman in the Municipal Engineering Directorate under the Urban Development and Municipal Affairs Department, Government of West Bengal: 11 Posts
Candidates must have passed Madhyamik Examination of West Bengal Board of Secondary Education or its equivalent Examination. Candidates must also possess National Trade Certificate from Industrial Training Institute in the trade of Draftsman or its equivalent; and have three years practical experience in Civil Engineering drawing works.

Upper Age Limit: 36 years for Agricultural Marketing Officer Post, and 39 years for Draftsman Post as on 01-January-2017. However, relaxation in upper age limit applicable as per rules.
Pay Scale:
Rs.9,000/- – Rs.40,500/- with Grade Pay Rs.4,700/- for Agricultural Marketing Officer Post
Rs. 7,100/- – Rs. 37,600 /- with Grade Pay Rs. 3,600/- for Draftsman Post
Selection Process: Selection process will be based on written exam, and interview.
Application Fee:
Rs.160/- + Service Charge 1% of Examination Fee subject to a minimum of Rs.5/- for online paymentthrough debit/credit card plus 12.36% of service charge as Govt. Duty or Service Charge of Rs.5/- (Rupees Five) only for Net Banking or Service Charge of Rs.20/- (Rupees Twenty) only for payment through Bank Counter (off-line payment).
SC/ ST candidates of West Bengal, and Persons with disabilities (PWD) having physical disability of 40% and above are not required to pay any fee.
