Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited – Visakhapatnam Steel Plant is popularly known as Vizag steel. It is situated on sea shore of Vishakhapatnam.
Vishakhapatnam steel plant has invited the applications for posts of:
- Senior manager (mines)
- Deputy manager (mines, mechanical, geology, civil)
- Assistant manager (mechanical, civil)
- Junior manager (geology, electrical, environment)
- Manager (electrical, MM)
- Mines surveyor
- Auto electrician
- Mining mate
Nature of the Post:
Selected candidates will be appointed with a probation period of 1 year.
Total Number of Vacancies:
A total number of 15 vacancies are offered i.e. 1 vacancy for each post.

Pay Scale:
Pay scale offered to each grade is defined as under. Total CTC including all allowances provided by organisation for each grade is:
- E-5: Rs. 17.74 Lakhs
- E-4: Rs. 15.08 Lakhs
- E-3: Rs. 13.18 Lakhs
- E-2: Rs. 10.05 Lakhs
- E-1: Rs. 08.36 Lakhs
- S-6: Rs. 4.26 Lakhs
- S-5: Rs. 4.16 Lakhs
- S-3: Rs. 3.81 Lakhs
Application Fee & How to:
Interested candidates are required to submit a fee of Rs. 300 in “RINL Recruitment Account No. 30589461220” at any SBI branch. A prescribed Challan is required which is available which can be downloaded from www.vizagsteel.com. If a candidate deposits fee at branch other than SBI branch 6318, then he has to pay Rs. 25 as commission.
Selection Process:
Selection for executive posts will be done through interview whereas selection for non executive posts shall be done through written test, job test and interview to be conducted at Vishakhapatnam.
Mode of Application:
Only online mode of applications shall be entertained.

- Carefully read instructions and start filling application form online.
- Before filling the form you must ensure to have scanned copy of latest passport size photograph (150 x 200 px), scanned signature (150 x 50 px), original Challan with deposit journal number and authentic email.
- After successful submission of application take its printout. Enclose it in an envelope along with attested copies as proof for support of age, category, education and payment Challan.
