Minimum Qualification Required: Candidates must have passed three-year Diploma in electrical engineering Three years Diploma examination in Electrical Engineering awarded by Pravidhik Shiksha Parishad, Uttar Pradesh or a Diploma, equivalent thereto, recognized by the State Government”
OR Three years All India Diploma Examination in Electrical Engineering conducted by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Govt. of India.
OR Diploma Examination in Electrical Engineering conducted by any of the Universities in India incorporated by an Act of the Central/State legislature.
Age Limit: Minimum age limit is 18 years and the maximum is 40 years as on July 01, 2017. However, relaxation in upper age limit for reserved category is applicable as per government rules.
Pay Scale: PB- 2, Rs. 9300-34800/- with Grade Pay of Rs. 4200/-
Mode of Selection: Candidates will be selected based on the Online Computer Based Test of 200 marks (Hindi, General Knowledge and reasoning, technical knowledge, and computer knowledge of 50 marks each)

Rs. 600/- for SC/ ST category candidates
Rs. 900/- for General and OBC (Non-creamy layer) candidates
