Total Number of Vacancies: 15 (General- 8, SC- 2, ST- 1, OBC- 4)
Pay Scale (SMGS IV): Rs 30,600 – 900 / 4 – 34,200 – 1000 / 2 – 36,200 plus DA, HRA, CCA will be paid as per rules.
Probation Period: One Year
Age Limit: Minimum 30 years and Maximum 35 years As on August 01, 2012
Qualification: Post graduate Degree and/or Degree / Diploma in Business Administration from UGC or AICTE recognized Institute of minimum two years full time duration. Preference will be given to full-time MBA with specialization in HR.
Experience: An ideal candidate should have minimum 5 year post qualification experience in a Bank / Public Sector Units, in the area of HR.
