South Indian Bank Recruitment 2013 – Probationary Clerk Vacancies

South Indian Bank invites eligible candidates for the post of Probationary Clerk for branches under banks of Kolkata region.

Candidates are suggested to apply only if willing to serve the Bank anywhere in India, having proficiency in Mizo (Aizawl) / Bengali (Kolkota) apart from Hindi & English language, and resident of states of West Bengal or Mizoram for more than five years.

Total Number of Vacancies: 15 (12 vacancies are for West Bengal Branch, and 3 vacancies are for Mizoram Branch of Kolkata Region)

Name of Post: Probationary Clerk

Age limit: Maximum age limit is 26 years as on November 30, 2012

Probation Period: Six Months

Educational Qualification:

Candidates must have Graduation from a recognized University having completed a regular 10+2+3 course with minimum of 55% marks in Sciences or 50% marks in Arts or any other stream.

Candidates should have knowledge of Computer.

Application Fee: In form of Crossed Demand Draft in favor of South Indian Bank, payable at Kolkata.

For General Candidates: Rs. 250/-

For SC/ST candidates: Rs. 50/-

Selection Process: Written Test followed by and Interview

Written Examination Centre: Kolkota / Aizawl
