Lower Division Clerk- 04 Vacancies, Pay Matrix of Level-2 as per 7th CPC
Candidates must be Graduate; OR H.S. passed in English and Maths with minimum three experience in routine office work. Candidates should have a typing speed of 35 w.p.m. in English corresponding to computer typing speed of 10500 KDPH on an average of 5 key depressions for each word.
Engineer “C”- 03 Vacancies, Pay Matrix of Level-10 as per 7th CPC
Candidates must possess first class bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering discipline, with two years relevant post qualification experience. OR possess M.Tech. after B.E. or M.Sc. in relevant engineering discipline.
Scientific Assistant “B”- 06 Vacancies, Pay Matrix of Level-6 as per 7th CPC
Diploma/ Licentiate Engineering ( 3 years after secondary) with 6 years of relevant experience after obtaining requisite qualification.
Technician “B”- 06 Vacancies, Pay Matrix of Level-3 as per 7th CPC
Higher Secondary (at least 50% marks with science & mathematics) after obtaining requisite qualification OR Secondary (Minimum 60% marks) with 4 years relevant experience after obtaining requisite qualification OR 3 years relevant experience after obtaining requisite qualification (ITI certificates based on a curriculum of one year duration), OR 2 years relevant experience after obtaining requisite qualification (ITI certificates based on a curriculum of two years duration).
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and Maximum 27 years for Technician ‘B’ and Lower Division Clerk; 30 years for Scientific Assistant ‘B’; and 35 years for Engineer ‘C’ Posts as on 29th December, 2017. However, relaxation in upper age limit applicable as per rules.

Candidates are suggested to pay the application fee in the form of demand draft in favour of Registrar, Saha Institute of Nuclear Physics payable at Kolkata. All Women candidates and candidates belonging to Physically Handicapped, and Ex-Servicemen are exempted from paying application fee. SC/ST employees are exempted from paying application fee for the posts reserved for them only.
