Railway Recruitment Boards invites online application from eligible candidates for recruitment of Junior Engineer, Depot Material Superintendent, Chemical & Metallurgical Assistant Positions, in various zonal railways and production units of Indian Railways.
Junior Engineer- 13034 Vacancies
Candidates must possess Bachelor’s Degree/ Diploma in relevant Engineering discipline/ trade.
Chemical & Metallurgical Assistant- 494 Vacancies
Candidates must possess Bachelor Degree in Science with Physics and Chemistry subjects and scored minimum 45% marks from any recognized university.
Depot Material Superintendent- 456 Vacancies
Candidates must possess Bachelor’s Degree/ Diploma in relevant Engineering discipline/ trade.
Junior Engineer (Information Technology)- 49 Vacancies
Candidates must possess PGDCA/ B.Sc. (Computer Science)/ BCA/ B.Tech (Information Technology/ Computer Science)/ DOEACC ‘B’ level Course of 03 years duration or equivalent from a recognised university.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of two stages examination (First stage CBT and Second Stage CBT), followed by document verification and medical examination.

Opening Date for Online Registration of Application: 02-January-2019
Closing Date for Online Registration of Application: 31-January-2019
Last Date for Final Submission of Application: 07-February-2019
Pay Scale: Rs. 35,400/- Pay Matrix Level- 7
Age Limit: The interested candidate should be within the age group of 18-33 years and would be reckoned as on January 01, 2019. The upper age limit for privileged class will be relaxed as per the norms of the government for specific categories of recruitment. (For details log on to the website of the RRBs concerned).
Application Fee:
Rs. 250/- for For Candidates belonging to SC/ ST/ Ex-Serviceman/ PWDs/ Female/ Transgender/ Minorities/ Economically backward class
Rs. 500/- for all Other candidates
The application fees can be paid through online mode internet banking or debit/credit cards up to 05.February.2019 till 22.00 Hrs.
In offline mode, application fees can be paid in form of Challan Payment mode closes on 04-February-2019 at 13.00 Hrs in any branch of SBI; OR Post Office Challan Payment mode closes on 04-February-2019 at 13.00 Hrs in any branch of computerized Post Office.
