This is to notify to all students willing to appear in CSIR UGC NET Exam that Syllabus of Part A (Common to All) of Joint CSIR-UGC Test for Junior Research Fellowship and Eligibility for Lectureship has been revised. The existing syllabus and revised syllabus is as mentioned below
- Old Syllabus:
General Science, Quantitative Reasoning, and Analysis and Research Aptitude
- New Syllabus:
General Aptitude with emphasis on logical reasoning, graphical analysis, analytical and numerical ability, quantitative comparison, series formation, puzzles etc.
This part shall carry 20 questions. The candidates shall be required to answer any 15 questions. Each question shall be of two marks. The total marks allocated to this section shall be 30.
