RECPDCL is a Navratna company which is wholly owned subsidiary of Rural Electrification Corporation Limited. It is a public sector unit under the control of government of India. It provides consultancy services in Energy Audit, HVDS study, Project Management Consultancy and DPRs etc.

- Electrical Engineering: Assistant Executive Engineer (Electrical), Assistant Engineer (Electrical).
- Human Resources: Assistant Executive (Human Resources)
Nature of The Post:
Appointment of candidates will be on a fixed term basis for a period of 3 years initially which can further be extended to 2 years.
Total Number of Vacancies:
There are total numbers of 8 posts in engineering discipline and 1 post in human resources discipline.

Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification requires for each discipline is as follows:
- Engineering discipline applicant must be B.E./B.Tech./ B.Sc in electrical/ electronic/ power engineering from a recognised university with 60% marks. Candidate must also have 5 years experience for AEE and 3 years for AE
- Human Resource discipline applicant must have MBA/ Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations/ Human Resource Management with 60% marks. Candidate must also have 3 years experience in HR function.
Age Limit:
Applicant for Assistant Executive Engineer (Electrical) must be maximum 33 years and Assistant Engineer (Electrical) & Assistant Executive (HR) must be 30 years of age.
Pay Scale:
AEE will be eligible for a pay of Rs.40,000 in the first year, Rs.42,500 in second year and Rs. 45,000 in third year including all allowances.
Assistant Engineer and Assistant Executive will be eligible for a pay of Rs.30,000 in the first year, Rs.32,500 in second year and Rs.35,000 in third year including all allowances.

Selection Process:
Candidates will be shortlisted for personal interview which will be conducted at New Delhi. Selection criteria may change depending upon the number of applications received by the organisation.
