National Institute of Animal Biotechnology NIAB, an autonomous institute under the Department of Biotechnology, Ministry of Science & Technology, Government of India, invites applications from eligible candidates for direct recruitment of Office Assistants, Clerks, Service & Maintenance Engineer and Supporting Staff.
Clerk– 02 Vacancies; Pay Matrix Level 4
Candidates must passed Intermediate/ 10+2 from a recognized Institute/ University. Candidates should have Typewriting speed of 35 w.p.m in English/ 30 w.p.m in Hindi.
Service & Maintenance Engineer- 01 Vacancy; Pay Matrix Level 7
Candidate must be Graduate in Civil / Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institute/ University. Candidates must have 3 years experience in maintenance of HT/ LT Electrical equipment/ Air-conditioning equipment/ Buildings, etc.
Supporting Staff- 02 Vacancies; Pay Matrix Level 5
Candidate must be Graduate from a recognised Institute/ University with 5 years of working knowledge and experience in Administration/ Establishment/ Accounts/ Stores/ Purchase/ Academic in a Government Organization of repute.
Office Assistant- 02 Vacancies; Pay Matrix Level 6
Candidate must be Graduate from a recognised Institute/ University with 8 years of working knowledge and experience in Administration/ Establishment/ Accounts/ Stores/ Purchase/ Academic in a Government Organization of repute.
Upper Age Limit: 35 years for Service & Maintenance Engineer and Office Assistant, 25 years for Clerk and Supporting Staff Positions as on the closing date for receipt of application. However relaxation in upper age limit applicable as per government directives.
Selection Process– Candidates will be selected on the basis of written test and / or skill test. Selected candidates will be on probation for a period of two years.
