Probation Period: Assistant Manager (AM) General Stream, Assistant Manager (AM) Law will undergo probation period of two years; and Assistant General Manager (AGM) Law, Assistant General Manager (AGM) Economy and Strategy, Deputy General Manager and Chief Finance Officer will undergo probation period of one year.

Assistant Manager (AM) General Stream/ Assistant Manager (AM) Law: Candidates must have been born not earlier than 02.10.1988 and not later than 01.10.1995 (both dates inclusive)
Assistant General Manager (AGM) Law / Assistant General Manager (AGM) Economy and Strategy: Minimum Age Limit is 33 years and Maximum Age limit is 50 years. Candidates must have been born not earlier than 02.10.1966 4 and not later than 01.10.1983 (both dates inclusive)
Deputy General Manager (DGM) Treasury: Minimum Age Limit is 35 years and Maximum Age limit is 55 years. Candidates must have been born not earlier than 02.10.1961 and not later than 01.10.1981 (both dates inclusive)
Chief Finance Officer (CFO): Minimum Age Limit is 40 years and Maximum Age limit is 55 years. Candidates must have been born not earlier than 02.10.1961 and not later than 01.10.1976 (both dates inclusive)
However, relaxation in upper age limit is applicable as per government rules.
Qualification: Candidates must possess Graduate/ Post graduate degree. Candidates must also fulfill minimum required experience in order to be eligible for consideration. Freshers are welcome for Assistant Manager Positions. Mode of Selection:
Assistant Manager: The candidate will be selected based on the online test, interview and/ or group discussion.
Assistant General Manager/ Deputy General Manager/ Chief Finance Officer: The candidate will be selected based on the Short listing and Personal Interview.
