MRB Tamil Nadu Recruitment Notification No. 02/2016, 03/2016, 04/2016, 05/2016- Medical Services Recruitment Board, Tamil Nadu invites applications from eligible candidates for recruitment of EEG/EMG Technician, Audiometrician, Prosthetic Craftsman, and Occupational Therapist Positions on regular basis.
EEG/ EMG Technician- 12 vacancies
Audiometrician- 17 vacancies
Prosthetic Craftsman- 64 vacancies
Occupational Therapist- 18 vacancies

Pay Scale:
Rs. 5200-20200/- plus Grade Pay Rs. 2400/- for EEG/EMG Technician, Audiometrician, Prosthetic Craftsman Positions
Rs. 9300-34800/- plus Grade Pay Rs. 4200/- for Occupational Therapist Position
Age Limit As on 01-July-2016: Minimum 18 years, and
Maximum 30 years for EEG/EMG Technician, Audiometrician, Prosthetic Craftsman Positions in case of OC category candidates
Maximum 35 years for Occupational Therapist Position in case of OC category candidates
However, relaxation in upper age limit for SC/ ST/ SCA/ BC/ BCM/ MBC&DNC category candidates, and Differently Abled Persons, Ex-Service men; applicable as per government orders.
Qualification:
EEG/EMG Technician- Candidate must have passed HSC with Science Subjects, and have one year certificate course in EEG/ EMG from recognized institution.
Audiometrician- Candidate must have passed HSC with Science Subjects, and have one year diploma course in audiometry from recognized institution.
Prosthetic Craftsman- Candidate must have passed Higher Secondary Examination, and possess two years Diploma in prosthetics and orthotics from recognized institutes.
Occupational Therapist- Candidate must have passed Higher Secondary, and possess Bachelor Degree in Occupational Therapy (three years course with six months internship until 1997, or four years course with six months internship).
Fee:
Rs. 250/- for SC/ SCA/ ST/ Differently Abled Persons (PH)/ Destitute Widow (DW) candidates
Rs. 500/- for all other candidates
Candidates may pay the fee through the online payment gateway, i.e. Net Banking, Credit Card and Debit card Payment. Final Registration Number and Password will be generated after successful completion of online payment.
Candidates may also pay the fee in Offline Payment mode through system generated Indian Bank payment challan. Candidates are suggested to make he payment in any of the Indian Bank branches within two working days from the date of registration/submission of application, failing which the application will be rejected.
