Satpura Thermal Power Station Plant is located at Sarni town in Betul district of Madhya Pradesh. Satpura Thermal Power Station Plant is one of the coal based power plants of MPPGCL.
Madhya Pradesh Power Generation Company Limited (MPPGENCO) is a wholly owned unit of the Government of Madhya Pradesh and is engaged in power production and distribution through its wide network in the state and out of the boundaries of the state. The company is also responsible for commissioning of new power generating units in the state and is smoothening the system of power distribution as a competent successor of the Madhya Pradesh State Electricity Board (MPSEB). With its recent initiative the MPPGCL is inviting competent applications from such candidates who have completed their technical education in Degree or Diploma in Engineering in various disciplines in the year 2012 and later, as per the details in subsequent sections.

Mechanical Engineering: Graduate Apprentice (06 No.), Technical Apprentice (04 No.)
Electrical Engineering: Graduate Apprentice (04 No.), Technical Apprentice (03 No.)
Electrical & Electronics Engineering: Graduate Apprentice (01 No.), Technical Apprentice (01 No.)
Educational Competency:
Graduate Apprentice: The applicants must have completed their 4 years Bachelors Degree in the concerned disciplines of Engineering.
Technical Apprentice: The applicants must have completed their 3 years Diploma in the concerned disciplines of Engineering.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and Maximum 25 years as on 31-August-2022. However, relaxation in upper age limit applicable as per rules.
Stipendiary Provisions:
Graduate Apprentice: The applicants will receive a consolidated stipend of Rs. 9000/- per month during the duration of Apprentice Training.
Technical Apprentice: The applicants will receive a consolidated stipend of Rs. 8000/- per month during the duration of Apprentice Training.
