Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan announced plans to fill more than one lakh vacancies in a year.
He has instructed the officials to start the recruitment process soon. Chief Minister Chouhan directed that the vacant positions be filled as soon as possible during this meeting at Mantralaya in Bhopal.
Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that apart from one lakh recruitment, 2,00,000 self-employment resources would be available every month. Youth are being motivated for self-employment through different media.
Madhya Pradesh Additional Chief Secretary General Administration said that 93,681 sarkari naukri are vacant in twenty-one government departments in Madhya Pradesh.
The process of filling sarkari naukri vacancies will be started soon. He said that about 30,000 posts in different categories are vacant in the Department of School Education and Tribal Affairs. Apart from this, many posts are also vacant in the Public Health Department, Health Department, Agriculture Department, Panchayat Department, Higher Education Department, Finance Department, Technical Education Department, Animal Husbandry Department, and AYUSH Department.
According to the information received regarding the posts of the state cadre, a total of four lakh 59 thousand five hundred vacancies have been approved for the first, second and third categories.
Three lakh 57 thousand seven hundred and twenty-six vacancies have been filled out of these. One lakh nine hundred and fifty-eight positions are open.
The Chief Secretary has directed the General Administration Department to prepare proposals to start the recruitment process for the vacant posts in the state cadre and send them to the State Public Service Commission and Staff Selection Board. The General Administration Department has issued an order regarding this. The notification for the recruitment process will be issued very soon in the state.
