  2. Manager (Finance) – 02 Posts (Backlog vacancies of 1 SC + 1 ST)
  3. Manager (Med. Ser.) – 04 posts (Backlog vacancy of 1 ST + Current vacancy of 2 General + 1 SC)
  4. Manager (Materials) – 01 post for SC (Backlog)
  5. Assistant Manager (Materials) – 01 post (SC)
  6. Assistant Manager (Personnel) – 01 post (Backlog vacancy for OBC)
  7. Assistant.C.Translator (Hindi) – 01 post (General)

Application Fees:

For all posts and for General and OBC candidates in the serial no 1-6: Rs. 100

For posts under serial no 7 and for General and OBC: Rs. 50

  • Application fees can be deposited in shape of Demand Draft in favor of MOIL Ltd, payable at Head office, Nagpur.
  • Other candidates belonging to SC, ST category need not to submit any application fees.
  • The Application fees are non-refundable.

Details of Eligibility Criteria, other requirements and Pay Scale:

  1. 1.            Senior Manager (Finance)

Academics:    Any Graduate with final examination certificate of CA/ICWA or MBA (Specialization in Finance) from any recognized University/ Institution or Graduate with SAS (Commercial) from C&AG of India.

Age:             Below 35 years with a condition that relaxation will be granted as per the presidential directives

Experience:    6 years of minimum experience in Managerial positions in Finance with experience of dealing with Bank Financing, Costing Accountancy, Budget Control, Project Financing and Corporate Taxation, etc.

Pay Scale:     The selected candidates will be eligible to receive remuneration within a pay band of Rs.20600- Rs.46500 with an estimated CTC of Rs.7.84 lakhs in the E-2 scale. Other provisions will be extended as per the norms of the Company.

  1. 2.            Manager (Finance)

Academics:    Any Graduate with final examination certificate of CA/ICWA or MBA (Specialization in Finance) from any recognized University/ Institution or Graduate with SAS (Commercial) from C&AG of India.

Age:             Below 30 years with a condition that relaxation will be granted as per the presidential directives

Experience:    3 years of minimum experience in Managerial positions in Finance with any organization.

Pay Scale:     The selected candidates will be eligible to receive remuneration within a pay band of Rs.16400- Rs.40500 with an estimated CTC of Rs.5.15 lakhs in the E-1 scale. Other provisions will be extended as per the norms of the Company.

  1. 3.            Manager (Med.Ser.)

Academics:    MBBS Degree from any recognized University/ Institution. Preference will be given to candidates who have a Degree/ Diploma in Gynaecology.

Age:             Below 30 years with a condition that relaxation will be granted as per the presidential directives

Experience:    4 years of minimum experience in medical practice in a reputed Hospital.

Pay Scale:     The selected candidates will be eligible to receive remuneration within a pay band of Rs.16400- Rs.40500 with an estimated CTC of Rs.5.15 lakhs in the E-1 scale. Other provisions will be extended as per the norms of the Company.

  1. 4.            Manager (Materials)

Academics:    MBA with Graduation from any recognized University/ Institution preferably in engineering stream.

Age:             Below 30 years with a condition that relaxation will be granted as per the presidential directives

Experience:    5 years of minimum experience in Supervisor capacity in store or department out of which 2 years should be in a managerial position in the same line.

Pay Scale:     The selected candidates will be eligible to receive remuneration within a pay band of Rs.16400- Rs.40500 with an estimated CTC of Rs.5.15 lakhs in the E-1 scale. Other provisions will be extended as per the norms of the Company.

  1. 5.            Assistant Manager (Materials)

Academics:    MBA with Graduation from any recognized University/ Institution preferably in engineering stream.

Age:             Below 28 years with a condition that relaxation will be granted as per the presidential directives

Experience:    Not mandatory

Pay Scale:     The selected candidates will be eligible to receive remuneration within a pay band of Rs.12600- Rs.32500 with an estimated CTC of Rs.3.97 lakhs in the E-0 scale. Other provisions will be extended as per the norms of the Company.

  1. 6.            Assistant Manager (Personnel)

Academics:    Post Graduation in Sociology/ Social Work from any recognized University/ Institution with specialization in Industrial Relation & Personnel Management. Preference will be offered to candidates having MBA/ Law qualification.

Age:             Below 28 years with a condition that relaxation will be granted as per the presidential directives

Experience:    Not mandatory

Pay Scale:     The selected candidates will be eligible to receive remuneration within a pay band of Rs.12600- Rs.32500 with an estimated CTC of Rs.3.97 lakhs in the E-0 scale. Other provisions will be extended as per the norms of the Company.

  1. 7.            Assistant.C. Translator (Hindi)

Academics:    Graduation and pass of Hindi typewriting examination from any Technical Board of Education with minimum speed of 30 words per minute.

Age:             Below 35 years with a condition that relaxation will be granted as per the presidential directives

Experience:    3 years experience as Hindi Assistant out of which 1 year experience as Hindi Translator in a reputed organization

Additional Requirement: The candidates have to pass a Hindi Typewriting Test with a minimum speed of 40 words per minute to be eligible for selection.

Pay Scale:     The selected candidates will be eligible to receive remuneration within a pay band of Rs.11400- Rs.21000 with an estimated total emolument of Rs.17600 in the NE-07 scale. Other provisions will be extended as per the norms of the Company.

Travel Allowance during Interview:

For the posts as mentioned under Sl. No. 1-7 will be eligible to receive 3rd AC train fare / bus fare (in case train is not available) for appearing the selection. For category 7 of vacancy, the candidates will be eligible to receive 2nd Class train fare/ bus fare whichever is applicable.

All candidates have to produce the supporting of their travel to claim the TA.

General Instructions:

  1. The posts are open to Indian nationals only
  2. For all the posts Age, Education and Experience will be reckoned as on the last date of submission of application
  3. The candidates have to submit supporting documents against any information or special claim desired by them
  4. Matriculation certificate is a must as a proof of age
  5. Candidates in service need to offer a NOC duly signed by their competent authorities for submitting the application
  6. OBC reservations will be applicable only for the “NON CREAMY LAYER’ as per presidential directives
  7. The management reserves the right to raise the minimum level of eligibility criteria to restrict the number of short-listed candidates
  8. The Company reserves the right to increase/ decrease the announced number of vacancies depending upon the requirements
  9. The candidates may choose to appear the interview through Hindi/ English medium

10. Departmental candidates can ally for these posts without any age bar
