मोदी सरकार का ‘मेगा जॉब प्रोग्राम’, ऐसे पूरा होगा 10 लाख युवाओं को नौकरी देने का लक्ष्य
मानव संसाधन विकास मंत्रालय, श्रम मंत्रालय और कौशल विकास मंत्रालय मिलकर एक विशेष कोर्स चलाने जा रही है, जिसके तहत अंडर ग्रैजुएट युवाओं को रोजगार की ट्रेनिंग दी जाएगी.
इस मेगा प्रशिक्षण प्रोग्राम के तहत नॉन-टेक्निकल अंडर ग्रैजुएट युवाओं को सरकारी और सरकारी फंडेड संस्थानों में ट्रेनिंग दी जाएगी.
इस प्रोग्राम से पब्लिक सेक्टर की कंपनियां और बड़ी प्राइवेट कंपनियों को जोड़ा जाएगा. ट्रेनिंग पूरा होने के बाद जैसे ही वे युवा अपना ग्रैजुएशन पूरा करेंगे, उन्हें नौकरी दिलाने की कोशिश होगी
जो छात्र गैजुएशन के अंतिम साल में हैं उन्हें 6-10 महीने की ट्रेनिंग दी जाएगी. इस दौरान उन्हें स्टाईपेंड भी मिलेगा.
इस कोर्स को इस तह से डिजाइन किया गया है कि, उन्हें संबंधित फील्ड की ही ट्रेनिंग मिलेगी. पहले से मिली ट्रेनिंग की वजह से उन्हें उस फील्ड में नौकरी लेना आसान होगा. शैक्षणिक सत्र 2019-20 में ऐसे करीब 10 लाख युवाओं को इस प्रोग्राम के तहत ट्रेनिंग देने की तैयारी की जा रही है.
With unemployment emerging as a major concern, Three ministries- The Ministry of Human Resource Development, The Ministry of Labour & Employment, and The Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship are set to join hands to train undergraduates and generate jobs for them, starting in the year 2019.
The Modi Government is preparing to roll out a mega ‘apprenticeship’ programme, specifically targeting students of nontechnical courses across private and government-funded higher education institutes, to make them more employable and help them get jobs.
Ministers and top officials of the three ministries-The Ministry of Human Resource Development, The Ministry of Labour & Employment, and The Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship; held a meeting last week to decide on the contours of the programme, set to be jointly launched over the next few days.
Apprenticeship and on-the-job training with prospective employers, backed with stipends, will be arranged for students in the final year of their degree programmes to make them job-ready.
Central Public Sector Units, will be linked with the programme to ensure high-quality apprenticeship, basic training and on-the-job training to each student passing out of college.
The plan is to start implementation in 2019, targeting ONE Million Students in the 2019-20 academic session. The larger goal is to bring into effect a national ‘integrated apprenticeship programme’ to ‘improve the employ-ability’ of over 8 million students passing out of degree programmes.
