Candidates will be selected on the basis of Online Examination (Online examination will be of objective type, multiple choice of total two hours duration) and Interview.
Assistant – 150 vacancies, throughout India

Probation Period & Training:
Assistant, Associate- Selected candidates will be on probation for a period of six months from the date of joining.
Assistant Manager- Selected candidates will be on training for a period of one year as Management Trainee. Candidates will be eligible to get Rs. 25000/- per month during training. After successful completion of training, candidates will be appointed as Assistant Manager, and will be on probation for a period of one year thereafter.
Educational Qualification:
Assistant- Candidates must be graduate with minimum 55% marks. Candidates should have Computer Skills.
Associate- Candidates must be graduate with minimum 60% marks, and CA-Inter.
Assistant Manager- Candidates must be graduate degree with minimum 60% marks. Candidates must possess two years full time MBA/ two years full time MMS/ two years full time PGDBA/ PGDBM/ PGPM/ PGDM in any discipline from a recognized university/ institute/ board (minimum aggregate 60% marks). Candidates should have Computer Skills.
Pay Scale:
Assistant- Rs. 13980-32110/- and other admissible allowances as per rules
Associate- Rs. 21270-50700/- and other admissible allowances as per rules
Assistant Manager- Rs. 32815-61670/- and other admissible allowances as per rules
Age Limit As on 01-January-2018: Minimum 21 years and Maximum 28 years. Candidates must have been born not earlier than 02.01.1990 and not later than 01.01.1997 (both dates inclusive).
