Income Tax Recruitment 2021-22 Sports Quota – The Principle Chief Commissioner of Income Tax Delhi invites applications from Indian citizens for the recruitment of meritorious sports-persons in various games and sports, for the posts Inspector of Income-tax in the pay scale of Rs. 9300-34800 (Grade Pay Rs.4600), Tax Assistant and Stenographer in the pay scale of Rs.5200-20200(Grade Pay Rs.2400) and Multi Tasking Staff in the pay scale of Rs.5200-20200 (Grade Pay Rs. 1800).
Selected candidates will be posted any place in Delhi Region. Candidates shall be on probation for a period of two years.

Educational Qualification:
Inspector of Income Tax- Candidates must possess Degree from a recognized University or its equivalent.
Tax Assistant- Candidates must possess Degree from a recognized University or its equivalent. Data Entry Speed of 8000 key depression per hour.
Multitasking Staff- Candidates must have passed matriculation or its equivalent examination from a recognized board or university.
Stenographer Grade II– Candidates must have passed Intermediate or its equivalent examination from a recognized board or university. Dictation: 10 minutes @ 80 words per minute. Transcription: 50 words per minute (English) or 65 words per minute (Hindi) (Only on Computer).
Sports Eligibility: Candidates must have fulfill minimum eligibility criteria as per official recruitment advertisement, in order to be consideration for said posts.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and Maximum 30 years (27 years for Tax Assistant/ Stenographer/
Multi Tasking Staff Positions) as on 31-December-2019. However, relaxation in upper age limit applicable as per rules.
Selection process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of Interview, and trial.
