Scientific Assistant/B- Pay Matrix Level 6 [Candidates will be selected on the basis of interview]
Nurse/A- Pay Matrix Level 7 [Candidates will be selected on the basis of written exam and trade/ skill test]
Technical Officer/C- Pay Matrix Level 10 [Candidates will be selected on the basis of interview]
Medical Officer/D- Pay Matrix Level 11 [Candidates will be selected on the basis of interview]

Application Fee: Rs. 100/- for Pharmacist/ Technician, Rs. 200/- for Nurse/ Scientific Assistant And Rs. 300/- for Medical Officer/ Technical Officer
Women candidates, SC/ST candidates, persons with physical disability and dependents of Defence personnel killed in action and Ex-servicemen are exempted from payment of application fee.
