The candidates selected as the Executives will be entitled to receive remunerations in a lump sum package and that will be according to the years of contract:
For first year: Rs.29,000/- per month
For second year: Rs.31,000/- per month
For third year: Rs.34,000/- per month
Upon successful completion of 3 years of contractual service, these candidates may be considered for regular employment in IDBI bank as “Assistant Manager-Grade-A”.
Admissions to IDBI Bank PGDBF 2022-23 for absorption as Assistant Manager, Grade ‘A’: 500 Vacancies
Selected candidates will be appointed on contract initially for a period of one year. The contract period will be extended on year-to-year basis for a further period of two years, subject to satisfactory performance. Selected candidates will be eligible to get the remuneration of Rs. 17,000 per month in the first year, Rs. 18,500 per month in the second year, and Rs. 20,000 per month in the third year of service.
On successful completion of a period of 3 years of contractual service, appointees may become eligible for appointment as Assistant Manager (Grade ‘A’) in the IDBI Bank.
Educational Qualification: Candidate must have completed Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University OR any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government.
Age Limit:
For Executive (on contract)- Minimum 20 years and maximum 25 years as on 01-April-2022. However, relaxation in upper age limit will be applicable as per rules.
For Admission to IDBI Bank PGBDF 2022-23- Minimum 21 years and maximum 28 years as on 01-April-2022. However, relaxation in upper age limit will be applicable as per rules.
