IBPS RRB Recruitment 2022-2023 Exam:  IBPS Common Recruitment Process for RRBs (CRP RRBs X) for recruitment of Group “A”-Officers (Scale-I, II & III) and Group “B”- Office Assistant (Multipurpose) in Regional Rural Banks for the Year 2022-2023

Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) is going to conduct Common Recruitment Process for Recruitment of Officers (Scale-I, II, and III) and Office Assistants (Multipurpose) in Regional Rural Banks (RRBs) throughout India.

The online examination for the Common Recruitment Process for RRBs (RRBs CRP-X) for recruitment of Group “A”- Officers (Scale-I, II, and III) and Group “B”-Office Assistants (Multipurpose) will be conducted by the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) in August 2022 and September/ October 2022.

The interviews for recruitment of Group “A”- Officers (Scale-I, II and III) under the same process will be coordinated by the Nodal Regional Rural Banks with the help of NABARD and IBPS in consultation with appropriate authority tentatively in the month of November 2022.

Eligibility Criteria Qualification:
Office Assistant (Multipurpose)- [FRESHERS ARE WELCOME] Candidates must possess Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent. Candidates should have Proficiency in local language, and Knowledge of Computer skills.

Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager)- [FRESHERS ARE WELCOME] Candidates must possess Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent. Candidates should have Proficiency in local language, and Knowledge of Computer skills.

Officer Scale III: Candidates must possess Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent. Candidates should have Proficiency in local language, and Knowledge of Computer skills. Candidates must have minimum 5 years experience as an Officer in a Bank or Financial Institutions.

Officer Scale II (General Banking Officer): Candidates must possess Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent. Candidates should have Proficiency in local language, and Knowledge of Computer skills. Candidates must have minimum 2 years experience as an Officer in a Bank or Financial Institutions.

Officer Scale II (Treasury Manager): Chartered Accountant or MBA in Finance from a recognized university/ institution. Candidates must have minimum one year relevant experience.

Officer Scale II (Marketing Officer): Possess MBA in Marketing from a recognized university. Candidates must have minimum one year relevant experience.

Officer Scale II (Agriculture Officer): Possess Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture/ Horticulture/ Dairy/ Animal Husbandry/ Forestry/ Veterinary Science/ Agricultural Engineering/ Pisciculture from a recognized university or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. Candidates must have minimum two years relevant experience.

Officer Scale II (Information Technology Officer): Possess Bachelor’s degree from a recognised University in Electronics / Communication / Computer Science / Information Technology or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. Candidates must have minimum one year relevant experience.

Officer Scale II (Chartered Accountant): Certified Associate (CA) from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. One Year as a Chartered Accountant.

Officer Scale II (Law Officer): Possess Bachelor’s Degree from a recognised University in Law or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. Candidates must have minimum two years experience as an advocate or should have worked as Law Officer in Banks or Financial Institutions for at least two years.

NOTE- [FOR OFFICER POSTS] Candidates possess degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Cooperation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics or Accountancy will be preferred.

Age Limit As on 01-JUNE-2022:
Officer Scale III- Minimum 21 years and Maximum 40 years. Candidates should not have been born earlier than 03.06.1982 and later than 31.05.2001 (both dates inclusive).

Officer Scale II- Minimum 21 years and Maximum 32 years. Candidates should not have been born earlier than 03.06.1990 and later than 31.05.2001 (both dates inclusive).

Officer Scale I- Minimum 18 years and Maximum 30 years. Candidates should not have been born earlier than 03.06.1992 and later than 31.05.2004 (both dates inclusive).

Office Assistant (Multipurpose)- Minimum 18 years and Maximum 28 years. Candidates should have not been born earlier than 02.06.1994 and later than 01.06.2004 (both dates inclusive).

However, relaxation in upper age limit applicable as per rules.

Rs.850/- (Rs.175/- for SC/ ST/ PH candidates)
On successful completion of the transaction, an e-receipt will be generated. Candidates are suggested to take a printout of the e-receipt and online application form for further reference.

Selection procedure:
For the posts of Officers Scale I and Office Assistants (Multi-purpose) the examination will be two tier i.e. the online examination will be held in two phases, preliminary and main. Candidates who apply for the post of Office Assistants (Multi-purpose) will be provisionally allotted on the basis of the marks obtained by them in the Main examination and the vacancies reported by the RRBs.

For the post of Officers Scale I, candidates who will qualify in preliminary examination and shortlisted will have to appear for Main examination and shortlisted candidates in the main examination will subsequently be called for a Common Interview to be coordinated by the Nodal Regional Rural Banks with the help of NABARD and IBPS in consultation with appropriate authority.

Candidates who apply for Scale II (Generalist and Specialists)  and Scale III Officers posts will appear for a single online examination and shortlisted candidates in the single examination will subsequently be called for a Common Interview to be coordinated by the Nodal Regional Rural Banks  with the help of NABARD and IBPS in consultation with appropriate authority.
