HPPSC Advertisement No. 4/2018- Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission, invites Online Recruitment Applications, from desirous and eligible candidates for recruitment to the posts of Child Development Project Officer, in Department of Social Justice and Empowerment, Himachal Pradesh.
Child Development Project Officer- 11 Vacancies, in the scale of pay Rs.10300-34800/- with Grade Pay of Rs. 4400/-

Candidates must possess Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized University; OR Degree in any one of the Social Science subjects, viz., Sociology, Social Work, Economics, Anthropology, Home Science, Nutrition or any other allied field from a recognized University or equivalent.
Candidates should have one year experience in Child welfare Programme, Social Work preferably in a social welfare institution recognized by the Government.
Candidates will be selected on the basis of an objective type Screening Test of two hours duration (General Knowledge of 120 questions of multiple choice answers) for short listing the candidates for the Main Examination.
The candidates who are declared qualified in the Screening test shall be required to submit requisite documents in support of their eligibility for Main written examination separately on the prescribed application form, which will be uploaded on official website of the Commission after declaration of result of Screening Test for the posts of Child Development Project Officer.
The candidates declared qualified in the Screening test will be entitled for admission to the (Main) written examination consisting of four papers [G.K. & Current Affairs, General English, English Essay, Hindi]. followed by Viva-Voce.
Examination Fee: Rs. 400/- for Candidates belonging to General Category, and Rs.100/- for S.C./ S.T./ OBC of H.P. Applicants are suggested to pay the application fee through e-challan or e-Payment.
