Minimum Qualification Required:
Assistant Professor: Candidate must possess BE/ B. Tech. and ME/ M. Tech. in the relevant branch of Engineering with first class or equivalent marks either in BE/B. Tech. or ME/ M. Tech.
Veterinary Officer: Candidate must possess a degree of B.V.Sc. and A.H. (Bachelor of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry) from a recognized University.
Scientific Officer (DNA): Candidate must have M.Sc. 2nd Class in Molecular Biology/ Human Biology/ Human Genetics/ Bio-Technology/ Microbiology/ Forensic Science/ Physical Anthropology/ Bio Chemistry or equivalent from a recognized university with evidence of specialization in DNA analysis / Profiling. Candidate must have three years’ post M.Sc. experience in research training and analytical work in one of the above or allied subjects.
Assistant Controller (Printing Offset): Candidate must have passed 10+2 in Science or its equivalent from a recognized University/ Board. Candidate must possess Degree Course of at least four years duration in Printing Technology with specialized subject of ‘Offset Printing’ or its equivalent from a recognized University or an Institution.
Sub-Editor: Candidate must possess Bachelor of Journalism and Mass Communication or Bachelor of Public Relations or Bachelor of Public Relations & Advertising from a recognized University.
Or Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Journalism and Mass Communication or Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Public Relations or Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Public Relations and Advertising from a recognized University.
Upper Age Limit: 45 years as on January 01, 2017. However, relaxation in upper age limit applicable as per Himachal Pradesh Government norms.
Pay Scale:
Assistant Professor: Rs. 15600-39100/- plus grade pay of Rs. 6000/- (Fixed contractual emoluments: Rs. 35,000/- per month).
Veterinary Officer: Rs. 15600-39100/- plus grade pay of Rs. 5400/- (Fixed contractual emoluments: Rs. 26,250/- per month)
Scientific Officer (DNA): Rs. 10300-34800/- plus grade pay of Rs. 4400/- (Fixed contractual emoluments: Rs. 14,700/- per month)
Assistant Controller (Printing Offset): Rs. 10300-34800/- plus grade pay of Rs. 5000/- (Fixed contractual emoluments: Rs. 15,300/- per month).
Sub-Editor: Rs. 10300-34800/- plus grade pay of Rs. 4200/- (Fixed contractual amount: Rs. 14,500/- per month)
Examination Fee:
Rs. 400/- for general category candidates of Himachal Pradesh, and other States Candidates of all category
Rs. 100/- for SC/ ST/ OBC candidates of Himachal Pradesh
Ex-Servicemen/ Blind/ Visually Impaired candidates of Himachal Pradesh are exempted from payment of application fee.
Candidates can make the payment through e-Challan of Punjab National Bank or through Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Visa Card.
Mode of Selection: The candidate will be selected based on Screening Test/ Examination/ Interview/Personality Test.
