Candidates will be selected on the basis of Objective Type Competitive Written Test at various centres throughout India; based on Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, General Awareness, English and Domain Knowledge. The short listed candidates will be called for Group Discussion/ Personal Interview held at Delhi.
Educational Qualification:
Data Processing Assistant/ Computer Operator/ LDC: Candidates must have passed 12th Class (10+2/ Intermediate) or equivalent with minimum 50% marks.
Technical Assistant: Candidates must have passed Matriculation from recognized Board with minimum 50% marks.
UDC/ Computer Supervisor/ Officer Assistant/ Officer Vigilance: Candidate should have Degree in any subject or equivalent from any recognized university with minimum 50% marks.
IT Officer: Candidates must possess MCA from any recongnised institute, or equivalent qualification from any recongnised university with minimum 50% marks.
Manager (Marketing/ Purchase), Assistant Manager (Finance): Candidates must possess Degree in any subject or equivalent from any recongnised university with minimum 50% marks.
Manager (Finance): Candidate should have Degree in Commerce or equivalent from any recongnised university with minimum 50% marks.
Manager (HR): Candidate should have Degree in any subject or equivalent from any recongnised university with 50% marks, and MBA-HR from any recongnised institute.
Upper Age Limit: 30 Years for Manager, 27 Years for All other Positions as on 31-March-2016.
Pay Scale: Selected candidates would be placed at the minimum of the scale as
Rs. 5200-20200/- with Grade Pay of Rs. 1900/- for Upper Division Clerk, Technical Assistant, Computer Supervisor Positions
Rs. 5200-20200/- with Grade Pay of Rs. 1800/- for Lower Division Clerk, Data Processing Assistant, Computer Operator Positions
Rs. 5200-20200/- with Grade Pay of Rs. 2400/- for Officer Assistant Position
Rs. 5200-20200/- with Grade Pay of Rs. 2800/- for Officer Vigilance, IT Officer, Assistant Manager (Finance) Positions
Rs. 9300-34800/- with Grade Pay of Rs. 4200/- for Manager (Purchase) Position
Rs. 9300-34800/- with Grade Pay of Rs. 4600/- for Manager (Marketing), Manager (Finance), Manager (HR) Positions
