Educational Qualification:
Upper Division Clerk (IT): Candidates must have completed full time Bachelor Degree in Computer Applications (BCA) with a minimum 60% marks in respect of General Category candidates and 55% marks in respect of SC category candidates of Haryana domicile; OR have completed full time MCA / M.Sc. (Information Technology) from a University duly recognized by Central Government or a State Government. Candidates Must have passed Hindi/ Sanskrit up to Matric standard.
Assistant Engineer (Electrical): Candidates must have completed full time Bachelor Degree in Electrical/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering or equivalent degree from a university duly recognized by Central Government or a State Government with a minimum 60% marks in respect of General Category candidates and 55% marks in respect of SC category candidates of Haryana domicile. Candidates Must have passed Hindi/ Sanskrit up to Matric standard.
Assistant Engineer (Mechanical): Candidates must have completed full time Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent degree from a university duly recognized by Central Government or a State Government with a minimum 60% marks in respect of General Category candidates and 55% marks in respect of SC category candidates of Haryana domicile. Candidates Must have passed Hindi/ Sanskrit up to Matric standard.
Assistant Engineer (Instrumentation): Candidates must have completed full time Bachelor Degree in Instrumentation/ Instrumentation and Control/ Instrumentation Technology or equivalent degree from a university duly recognized by Central Government or a State Government with a minimum 60% marks in respect of General Category candidates and 55% marks in respect of SC category candidates of Haryana domicile. Candidates Must have passed Hindi/ Sanskrit up to Matric standard.
Assistant Engineer (Civil): Candidates must have completed full time Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent degree from a university duly recognized by Central Government or a State Government with a minimum 60% marks in respect of General Category candidates and 55% marks in respect of SC category candidates of Haryana domicile. Candidates Must have passed Hindi/ Sanskrit up to Matric standard.
Assistant Engineer (Electronics): Candidates must have completed full time Bachelor Degree in Electronics/ Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Telecommunication/ Electronics & Electrical Communication Engineering or equivalent degree from a university duly recognized by Central Government or a State Government with a minimum 60% marks in respect of General Category candidates and 55% marks in respect of SC category candidates of Haryana domicile. Candidates Must have passed Hindi/ Sanskrit up to Matric standard.

Age Limit As on 19-August-2015: Minimum 18 years and Maximum 42 years for Upper Division Clerk Posts. Minimum 20 years and Maximum 42 years for Assistant Engineer Posts. There will be relaxation in upper age to SC/ BC/ SBC/ EBP (G)/ PWD/ ESM/ OSP candidates shall be as per Haryana Government instructions. No relaxation in age permissible to candidates who are not domiciles of Haryana state irrespective of their category.
Pay Scale:
Upper Division Clerk: Rs. 5200-20200/- + Grade Pay Rs. 2900/-
Assistant Engineer: Rs. 9300-34800/- + Grade Pay Rs. 5400/-
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of written test held at Delhi and Chandigarh / Panchkula, followed by Interview.

General Category- Rs. 150/- for male candidates, and Rs. 75/- for female candidates
SC/BC-A/BC-B/SBC/EBP(G) Category Candidates of Haryana only- Rs. 35/- for male candidates, and Rs. 18/- for female candidates.
- Assistant Engineer Posts
General Category- Rs. 1000/- for male candidates, and Rs. 500/- for female candidates
SC/BC-A/BC-B/SBC/EBP(G) Category Candidates of Haryana only- Rs. 250/- for male candidates, and Rs. 125/- for female candidates.
Applicants are suggested to deposit the fee in any State Bank of India branches after two bank working days of filling online application and fee challan generation. Candidate can approach any branch of SBI with the challan for depositing the fees. Candidate will have to deposit prescribed application fees + bank charges of Rs. 60/- to State Bank of India.
OSP candidates of Haryana domicile has to pay the application fee as per their respective category i.e Gen/SC/BC/EBPG and gender. ESM Candidates of Haryana domicile are exempted from payment of Fee however dependents of ESM are required to pay fees as applicable to respective categories. HPU employees are not exempted from fee, Only PWD candidates who are domicile of Haryana shall be allowed exemption in fee.
