Upper Age Limit: 47 years for Plant Engineer Post, 42 years for Assistant Medical Officer Post, 37 years for Supervisor Post, and 45 years for Labour Welfare Officer Post as on 31-May-2016.
Pay Scale:
Plant Engineer (Civil)- Selected candidate will be placed in the Level of E2 pay scale of Rs.20600–3%-46500/- with Industrial DA of 112.4% of Basic pay
Assistant Medical Officer- Selected candidate will be placed in the Level of E1 pay scale of Rs.16400–3%-40500/- with Industrial DA of 112.4% of Basic pay
Supervisor (IT)- Selected candidate will be placed in the Level of S1 pay scale of Rs.11500-3%-29600/- with Industrial DA of 112.4% of Basic pay
Labour Welfare Officer- Selected candidate will be placed in the Level of E2 pay scale of Rs.20600–3%-46500/- with Industrial DA of 112.4% of Basic pay
Qualification:
Plant Engineer (Civil)- Candidates must possess BE/ B.Tech in Civil Engineering from recognised University/ Institute with minimum 55% marks. Candidates should have minimum four years post qualification experience in supervisory capacity in civil construction works in Medium and Large Industries of turnover above 100 crores. Candidates completed Apprenticeship training of one year from such industries will also be treated as experience.
Assistant Medical Officer- Candidates must have MBBS degree from a recognized University with Registration Certificate from State/ Indian Medical Council. Candidates should have minimum two years post qualification experience as Medical Practitioner in a reputed hospital.
Supervisor (IT)- Candidates must possess MCA from recognised University/ Institute with minimum 60% marks. Candidates having three years post qualification
experience in Software Programming will get preferred.
Labour Welfare Officer- Candidates must possess Graduate Degree of a University recognized by Kerala Government, and Degree/ Diploma in Social Science or LLB degree (with Labour Law as elective subject) of a recognized University or an institution. Post Graduate Diploma holders in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management awarded by the Rajendra Prasad Institute of Communication and Management, Bombay may also apply.

Candidates can pay the application fee through demand draft or Indian Postal Order in favour of Hindustan Newsprint Ltd payable at Ernakulam/ Mevelloor. SC/ ST/ PWD candidates are exempted from payment of application fees.
