Minimum Qualification Required:
Senior Manager (Marketing):
Expertise in Steel & Metallurgical Products- Candidate must possess Bachelor Degree in Engineering preferably in Mechanical or equivalent from AICTE recognized University/Institute with first class (60% marks) or equivalent CGPA. For SC/ST/PWD candidates, it is 55% or equivalent CGPA from a recognized University / Institute. Candidate must have minimum thirteen years of post-qualification experience.
Expertise in Mining & Construction Equipment- Candidate must possess Bachelor Degree in Engineering preferably in Mechanical/Mining Machinery or equivalent from a AICTE recognized University/Institute with first class (60% marks) or equivalent CGPA. For SC/ST/PWD candidates, it is 55% or equivalent CGPA from a recognized University / Institute. Candidate must have minimum thirteen years of post-qualification experience.
Expertise in foundry & forged Products- Candidate must possess Bachelor Degree in Engineering preferably in Metallurgy or equivalent from a AICTE recognized University/Institute with first class (60% marks) or equivalent CGPA. For SC/ST/PWD candidates, it is 55% or equivalent CGPA from a recognized University / Institute. Candidate must have minimum thirteen years of post-qualification experience.
Deputy Manager (HR): Candidate must possess post graduate Degree/ Diploma in Personnel Management or Industrial Relations of minimum 2 yrs duration or MBA of minimum 2 yrs duration with specialization in Personnel Management/HR or equivalent from recognized University or AICET/ UGC approved course with first class (60% marks) or CGPA equivalent. Candidate must have minimum seven years of post-qualification experience.
Assistant Manager (HR): Candidate must possess post graduate Degree/ Diploma in Personnel Management or Industrial Relations of minimum 2 yrs duration or MBA of minimum 2 yrs duration with specialization in Personnel Management/HR or equivalent from recognized University or AICET/ UGC approved course with first class (60% marks) or CGPA equivalent. Candidate must have minimum four years of post-qualification experience.
Upper Age Limit: 34 years for Assistant Manager (HR), 37 years for Deputy Manager (HR), and 44 years for Senior Manager (Marketing) Posts as on September 01, 2017. Internal candidates are exempted from the limitation of age subject to having requisite qualification and experience. However, relaxation in upper age limit for reserved category is applicable as per government rules.
Pay Scale:
Senior Manager: Rs. 32,900 – 58,000/-
Deputy Manager: Rs 24,900 – 50,500/-
Assistant Manager: Rs 20,600 – 46,500/-
Mode of Selection: Candidate will be selected either through a Written Test followed by an Interview (only for those candidates who qualify in the written test) or only interview of shortlisted candidates or as may be decided by the management.
Processing Fee:
Rs. 800/- for General and OBC (NCL) candidates
For Internal, SC/ST and Persons with Disability (PWD) candidates and candidates already applied against earlier advertisements vide No. RT/01/2016 & RT/04/2016 are exempted from payment of application fee.
